VINYASA YOGA
 

VINYASA YOGA is a dynamic class style. Vinyasa is used as a break between the asanas, a smooth transition between the postures, helping to maintain the warmth and warmth of the muscles generated in the sun salutation. Staying in the asanas and aligning them as well as breathing causes a Vinyasa class to bring about a real transformation in energy, which is what we expect after a full class.

KUNDALINI YOGA - Begins in March 2020

 

Kundalini yoga is a process whose structure is designed to transform, align and elevate our internal energy. It helps us by generating the energy needed to activate our unique creative potential. In the experience with Kundalini yoga, the energy centers of consciousness called chakras are aligned and activated. The subtle field of our aura is strengthened, our endocrine, physiological and immune systems are reorganized generating balance and health for our physical body. All meridians in the body receive a lot of energy.

YOGA TIBETANA - Begins in March 2020 

This is a Tibetan yoga practice adapted to the modern western world. In this method, designed to improve practitioners' quality of life, we work deeply on the body. We do not contort or use mantras, images or incense.

 

The goal of the practice is to calm the mind and transform the body, creating more freedom in movement through physical and energetic unlocks. The body is a precious vehicle for accessing the deepest states of mind.

 

The breath is worked fluidly. The sequences are carefully crafted, thinking about each participant and aiming at improving circulation, musculature, elasticity, physical and mental flexibility, balance, objectivity, and mobility, decreasing physical discomfort and greatly increasing one's focus and body awareness.

 

Attention is individualized, each participant is taken care of as unique and adjustments are made in all positions. The results are clear, with practice, the participant acquires a healthier body and a mind better able to cope with daily difficulties.
